The Awakening: A Spark in the Redwoods
My true spiritual awakening began in 2005 on a quiet walking path inside the John Muir Redwood State Park in California. As I stepped deeper into the forest, surrounded by ancient trees, I noticed a strange, powerful buzzing sensation in my hands. The further I walked, the more intense and vibrant the energy became.

It was an incredible, unforgettable moment. However, it wasn't until I began working with my own spiritual mentor that I truly understood what had happened. In that forest, the nurturing synergy of those ancient trees had flipped a switch inside me. My healing gifts had been officially turned on, changing the trajectory of my life forever.

The Evolution of My Bodywork Practice
Before this awakening, I had already spent years studying the physical body. Today, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years. Early in my career, I realized that traditional massage, while deeply beneficial, only scratches the surface. I knew there was a profound, missing link between physical touch and the energetic body.

To bridge this gap, I completed extensive training to become a Certified Wellness Coach. By blending this foundation with my 15+ years of hands-on LMT experience, I developed a unique modality. My sessions intentionally integrate spiritual coaching, bodywork, and energy medicine. This holistic approach bridges the mind, body, and spirit, creating a grounded space where real, lasting transformation can occur.
